Shipping Information

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 10 days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Sunday.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 16 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may however not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within 16 working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. In case an alternative person receives and signs at the given address, the responsibility in all respects will be that of the purchaser. We will take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we will not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after it has been delivered and duly received by the buyer.

If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk (+91) 70456 77070 or email us at anantya@srartefacts.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note that pricing & delivery for bulk orders are subject to the availability of the products, time required for manufacturing and the quantities required.

Delivery Charges

Anantya uses premium delivery services keeping in mind the high value of the products being shipped. Currently we deliver only within India. You can see the shipping & handling charges as well as availability based on your locations pin code on the products page at the time of checkout.
